USA Hockey Registration

1. Visit usahockey.com
2. Click on "Become A Member" in the upper righthand corner of the home page
3. Click "Register Now" on the following page
4. Register for "Player / Coach"
5. Click "Child Family Member Under 18"
6. Enter Participant's relevant info
7. Complete waivers and acknowledgement Forms
8. Verify all information entered
9. Process applicable payment

A receipt containing a confirmation number will be emailed to you shortly thereafter. As part of your registration with STBHC you will be required to submit this information. You will not be allowed to participate in any on-ice activities without do so.
